Test Results

At no time will test results be discussed over the phone.  Please come in to see a doctor for any results.  If the doctor wishes to discuss results with you, and you have not been to see the doctor, then a nurse will call you to come in and discuss results.  If the nurse cannot contact you via phone a letter will be sent.

Recall Systems

Wyndham Health Care offers recall systems for Pap Smears and Immunizations.  You will be offered the choice of being on the recall system when you fill out the patient registration form.  We offer the choice of email, SMS, phone or mail recall system.

Our clinic uses the registers in national / state reminder systems and from time to time you may receive and extra reminder.
